Delete part of project

Hi,

I have in my project a lot of video clip that I did a slip of the audio track.

If I need to delete one clip, by example in the middle of the project, the audio track corresponding is not deleted...and if I delete it manually, all the other audio track at right do not move to the left...so the audio track and the video clip are not sync anymore.

How can I correctly delete a part of my project?

Hi

There is a process called Ripple Editing, basically it locks selected timelines to the top track.
I have to say it can be a little complicated when having lots of clips as it may ask that associated clips are also removed.

To the left of the timelines is a padlock, float the mouse over for tool tip. Enable Ripple Editing will make the timeline padlocks available.

If you need to move multiple clips use Shift + Click to select adjacent clips then drag.
