How to move plugins from X3 to X4

Hi,

I upgraded from photo pro x3 ultimate to x4 ultimate. However, I have some plugins I use in X3, i.e like KPT Collection, Magic Bullet et cetera. I tried to reinstall my kpt collection, but it shows only in X3 (again) and not in X4.

Please tell me how I can move my plugins from x3 to x4!

Hi

I don’t have X3 so cannot compare the two versions.
Have you set the Plug-In file location for X4

Go to File – Preferences – File Location—select Plug-In and Add
-------------------------------
You should also be able to install the plug-ins to this folder
C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro X4\Languages\EN\PlugIns

PSP should then be able to automatically locate the plug-in.

You will find not plugin folder in C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro X4\Languages\EN\PlugIns.
why I don't know from memory I had to add one..
you shouldn't have to use that folder X4 can pick up plugins from any folder.
you don't want to overload the program..
I have mine on another drive..
