I purchased the upgrade to PSP X4 16 days ago, and now the price has dropped to 39.95. Will Corel re-fund the difference if I ask for it? Who would I contact about getting the refund for the difference?

Good luck, but I suspect it does not work like that. This is the second time they have done this with X4, but as far as I am aware, no one who bought the program before the offer(s) came out got anything back. They are limited time promotions. But they cause a lot of resentment...

The last time they did this in October I sent them an email and I did get a refund. I had ordered the download upgrade for $59 and their new sale price was $39 for the full version, cd and guide. I sent my request for refund on Oct 7 and received their reply on Oct 13 giving me a $20 refund. Didn't have the full version cd, but at least I did get a refund. Bob

I would suggest that rather than calling Customer Service, I suggest that you call the sales team... though I cannot assure you that they will give you a discount.
