Right out of the box, it does not work. No support at Corel.com. No solutions, fixes, nothing! Disgusting!
How are they allow to sell software that does not work? O'right, Microsoft's been doing it for years.

Apparently it works for most people... But, Corel has a money back guarantee if it's not working on your computer. And, you could have downlowded the free trial first...

Once Microsoft Windows incorporates blu-ray funtionality, second hand DVD players like WINDVD/POWERDVD will be nonessential. Troubleshooting time wasted.
