.VSP to DVD/USB
Sometime ago I almost filled a standard DVD with jpeg images as a slideslow created in VS 11+.I am now wondering if I can transfer the slideshow to a usb stick. If this is possible, what is the best way.I want to be able to display the slideshow on a laptop, digital photo frame and or TV which have usb connections.
Re: .VSP to DVD/USB
The VSP file is just the instructions for Video Studio of how to arrange the audio, video, and images for your DVD or A/V file... The actual audio/video are not in the VSP file and you cann it play outside of Video Studio.
Your standard video DVD will have an AUDIO_TS folder (which is empty) and a VIDEO_TS folder (with VOB files containing the audio/video). If you copy the AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders to your USB stick, the DVD-player software on your computer should be able to play it.
Your digital photo frame and TV most-likely won't play that DVD-formatted VIDEO_TS folder. You'll have to check the owners manual for those devices. They can probably display a sequence of JPEGs (without sound) and there may be an audio/video format that one or both can play.

Re: .VSP to DVD/USB
Do you still have VSP file and able to open it on VS 11? If yes, then I would suggest that you create a video file using that VSP, in order for you to be able to transfer it on a USB and use it to create a DVD.
