I purchased Paint Shop Pro Ulitimate X3 back in August, since then as of last week I had to reformat my hard drive because of a virus. The drive was wiped clean of everything. I went back to my email receipt to redownload pspx3 and it won't let me download it. I keep getting an error with an X that reads:
>SetupNew/Setup.CPP (140)
PAPP:
PVENDOR:
PGUID:
$
@Windows XP Service Pack 3 (2600)
IE VERSION: 8.0.6001.18702
Can someone please shed some light on this and help! Thanks!
Installation of PSP X3

Re: Installation of PSP X3
Hello Karen,
Where are you downloading the program? If you still have the original order email that was sent to you, I would suggest that you download it from the order email or from your corel.com account.
You can read this KB http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... d-My-Order for more information
