Problem installing Corel VideoStudio 4 trial

Hello,
I wanted to try out this product and downloaded the trial.
while installing it my computer crashed for no reasons (i don't think it was related to the setup) and when i restarted it i found an half installed VideoStudio.
hence i decided to re-run the setup. when i started up the setup it asked me to remove the program, i continued but at half of the process it stops and returns me that the installation wizard could not be completed.
i tried to manually delete every folder related to VideoStudio but the issue is still present.

Do you have any ideas how i could fix that?

Hi

There is some information on manually removing Video Studio X4

If you still have problems, try creating a new user account, then install Video Studio.
As far as I know the new account can then be removed.
