PSP X4 Upgrade...Where are my Tags?

Post by Larry »

I do hope that I didn't miss a post. I apologize if I did. I am using Win 7 64 bit and have just moved to PSP X4.

I have used three of four of the PaintShop programs but not until X3 did I use tags. Now that I have upgraded to X4, I am missing all of my tags from X3 (actually there is one listed in X4). Did I install X4 wrong? Or, is there a way to bring the tags in from X3? I have not removed X3 from my computer yet.

Thank you for any suggestions...

If you placed the tags on PSP X3 while on Organizer mode, then you will need to switch to the Manage Tab then on the right side of the screen select GENERAL TAB under the INFO section.

I appreciate the quick response but still do not see the tags from X3. Yes, I did place the tags while on X3 Organizer. When I call up the X4 General tab all I see is a blank ADD TAG box. Should I see something different? Am I looking in the wrong place?
