I had some printer icm profiles created by Color Munki Photo that needed some adjustment in the dark areas. I noticed a reference to this utility advertised for Photoshop. This is for 32 bit setups only and I'm using PSPPX3 in Win XP 32 - SP3.

Followed instructions but had to task switch with alt-tab to get Color Darkroom window to show. I modified a Color Munki profile that showed a bit green in the dark areas just quickly to test and saved the new profile.
I brought up some test images using QImage and soft proofed with the the original and modified profile and it showed the changes.
Another useful Photoshop plug-in that works in PSPPX3.
The download trial provides 5 profile saves before the $70 registration is required.
32 bit plug-in for tweaking color profiles tested - FYI
