Learning center overlays photo

I have PSP X3 and am not a frequent or knowledgeable user.
When I go into Full Editor I have The Learning Center on the left and to the right of that I have the Tools Toolbar.
My problem is that these overlay the photo I am trying to work on. I do not think this happened before.
I am sure I did something to cause this but I do not have a clue what that would have been.
It seems to me that the workspace for the photo was to the right of whatever was on the right.
Hope I made this clear.

This may have been caused by damaged workspace, to fix this I suggest that you reset your workspace.

You can do that by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key then double-click on the PSP icon then when you received the message "DO YOU WAN TO RESTORE PAINTSHOP Pro TO ITS DEFAULT STATE?" just click OK.

Unfortunately I do not know where the icon is. I have triwd using the icon on my desktop but that did not work.
Where is the icon you are referring to?
