problem with download the new template

I try to download the new template from photovideo life "colors of wind" and i can not dwonload the template they referral to the registry page. I tried to download other formats and there is no problem ,what can be the problem? i log to this site.

Strange, I just logged on to the site, and had no difficulty -- apart from the admittedly lengthy process of putting that template into a free shopping cart -- in downloading it. Moreover, it is now successfully installed on this computer.

Did you go through the whole shopping cart routine (which I agree is rather silly for free templates, though I know it is meant to cover the eventual possibility that templates might have a price attached)?

I should add that, despite my status as Site Admin here, I have no special magic in accessing that site or its templates, apart from having established an account and logging on with my username and password just like any other user.

Hi

Just tried to order the template, I was NOT logged in, the site asked for an e-mail address, which I gave.
After receiving the e-mail notification I clicked the link.
This took me to the registration page where I logged into My Account.
I was able to download the template from My Account—File Downloads. (Click here to view your file downloads)
Now that I am Logged into the site, interestingly clicking the link/address you provided opens the download window allowing me to download your template, thanks for that.

Make sure you are logged into your account.
From the Photovideolife site….View the top right-hand word, should say Logout

Just watched the video, after you select the Colors of the Wind you are taken to the Log-in Screen.

Click the word Log-In and please login again.

Yes I know you were logged in but can you try to log-in again
