Photo Downloader starts but no pics

Hi
New here to the board. I have PSPP X3.
The photo downloader automatically opens when I connect my smartphone, it searches my phone, creates directories on my hard drive (in 2 different locations) for the correct dates that the pics were made, but does not download any pics.
The first time it connected to the phone it downloaded some very small pics used to display content on my phone screen.
It has never downloaded an actual photo.
I've checked all settings in photo downloader software & searched the knowledgebase at Corel.com.

Any ideas how to make it work.

There are many reason why there are no photos being downloaded on your computer. It can be a restriction on your phones that does not allow other program to automatically import the photos. If your phone has its own software in importing photos to your computer, I recommend that you use that program instead.
