WHAT OTHER FILES CAN I OPEN IN PHOTO IMPACT

To whom it may concern:

I cannot find my manual after we moved internationally.

I am trying to figure out how to open a JPEG file in Ulead so that I can edit it.

So I thought I would convert the JPEG into another file. So I opened the file in PhotoImpact 10 and Photo Impact X3...and saved then saved the JPEG Pic as a PNG and tried to open it as a PNG, but I could still not edit the pic.

Does anyone know how I can get around this problem?

Any Advise would be much appreciated!

If you can open a photo on PhotoImpact you should be able to edit it. However if you still cannot open the photo can you tell us more on what exactly happens when you try to open or edit the photo? Any error message and if the same thing happens on other photos?

If you changed the file extension of the .JPG you may have corrupted the file.
All .JPGs open very easily in PI.
What version of PI are you using?

PI will open .JPG, .PNG, .PSD and .GIF plus a host more.
