PSPP X4 - TIFF saving issue

Just in case anyone else has the same problem, I have found the following solution. When saving the TIFF un-check the Embed ICC Profile box in Options and Lightroom will be able to create a preview. Also I suggest saving the file uncompressed as the compression option seems to increase file size.
