I have had to reinstall the art texture plugin. I am using XP with SP2.Since the reinstall the plugin is not showing the gold gradients.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times but still get the same thing.I use PSP9 and until the reformat the plugin was working fine.
The apsmgart.dll is in both the system and system32 folders as is the autexec.nt file(system32)
Any help would be appreciated...thank you

Ulead Art Texture Plugin

The Ulead Plug-in installs from an EXE file so you can not copy the Gradients Folder from one location to another. Since you say everything is working except the Gradients, have you checked to see if it exits? Are the settings in Preferences correct and pointing to the right Folder location?
Are the Ulead Folders and\or Files Write-Protected, if so change the Properties and Unprotect them.
It would seem you have done all that could be done to uninstall and reinstall the Plug-in. The only other advice is to uninstall the Ulead Plug-in, delete the Folder containing the Plug-in. Defragment the computer and turn off all of your anti-virus, firewall, screen saver, and any other programs working in the background then try to reinstall Ulead again.
It is not uncommon for Ulead products to work for awhile and then quit when using Win XP SP2, Microsoft offers no explanation. Which is primarily do to the new Security features implemented to keep Malware at bay; such as encoding software or blocking certain DLLs.
Ulead does not offer support for the Ulead Art Texture Plug-in, nor does Paint shop Pro for Third-Party Plug-ins.
I can only assume you have tried this combination from a Tutorial Online, and if that is the case you should look for help from them.
