psp x2

Post by champmoney »

I was working on a background color. When I finished I thought everything would be fine. Except I went to manipulate another image and both of my preview windows has gone black. I have gone back and tried to repeat my steps but both of my previews still are black. No matter what I've tried I can't get them to go back to normal. Anything anyone can suggest would really be great. Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Could you explain a little more about what exactly you were doing? You said you were "working on a background color" - working on it how? You also mentioned your two preview windows - preview windows for what tool? This will help us replicate what you are seeing and try to come up with an answer.

This can be a problem with the workspace and you can reset your work space to fix this. You can do that by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key then double-click on the PSP icon then when you received the message "DO YOU WAN TO RESTORE PAINTSHOP Pro TO ITS DEFAULT STATE?" just click OK.

Thank you soo much. That worked. I've been trying for a long time to fix those windows. To the earlier post I was working on an adjustment, utilizing color balance. Thank you for your advice I have two books but I never found the re set to default. :D
