PSP X4 crashes and other issues because of extras

You are, from memory, the first person to have problems with these plug-ins, if I recall correctly. So it is pretty clearly not a problem with X4 as such. I too have the Ultimate version, and both the Nik and KPT filters installed easily and function correctly. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any solution apart from trying to reinstall those plug-ins -- though I imagine you have probably already tried that. It could even have been a faulty download of the plug-ins. Have you tried downloading them again?

I would like Corel support to address these issues ASAP.

This is a user to user web board, staffed by volunteers. There are one or two Corel employees who help out here from time to time, and one of them might see this thread. They might even pass it up the line at Corel, or offer a possible solution. But please don't think you are addressing Corel directly here. Have you tried calling a Corel support number in your country, for example?
