Change time of fade in motion effect

Hi,

Is it possible to change the time of the fade in/out motion effect of an overlay video?
I use VS Pro X3.

Hi
Immediately below the preview screen is a Blue Bar containing two trim handles.
This bar is multifunctional, for the fades it controls the pause durations.
By default these set to 30%
So if your clip is long then the fade will be long, drag the trim handles to change the durations.
