Photo Express 4.0 uninstall/install need help

I install PE 4.0 on my computer but my system is not been enough strong(Win XP SP2,256RAM,integrated graphic card(I think it is 34MB) for it and I try to uninstall it but not from control panel (I yust look for folders and delete it ...- so stupid I know).Now I upgrade my system (I remove SP" and now I have Win XP sp1,512Ram,Radeon 9200 128MB) but when I try to install it the program offer me two options 1. repair (when I click on them wizard go to work but after few seconds he finish his job and do nothing) 2.remove(when I click on them he remove something but both of us(computer&me) don`t know what he remove.Does anybody know what must I do now to succesfully install Photo Express 4.0 on my computer????Thanks

Have you tried reinstalling it over the old one and then uninstalling it?
