local helpfile update
The local helfile update is available for PSP X4. Unfortunately when I try to install it I get the message that no update is currently necessary.

Just open the User Guide for X4 which is pretty similar to the Help files. Mine opens in Firefox (but should open in any browser) in PDF format, and you can then save it to your hard drive if you want.
