I start X4. I go to ADJUST section. I open a picture and use the suggest settings fior the autofix. That pictures gets adjusted OK. I then double click on the next image in line and it comes up OK. Then I click on suggest settings and crashes. I tried 5 different images after restarting X4 every time and the above procedure crashes. The error dialog is a Microsoft Visual C++ RUNTIME error , Roo25, PURE VISUAL FUNCTION CALL. I'm kinda disappointed as I just paid $80.00 for this program from my meager funds. If they don;t reply I will ask for my money back. I have turned in a Tech Support Email.
Hope somebody has an answer or work around!
Thanks, Eugene

Re: C++ Crashes X4 in Adjust Dialog
Hmmm... I just tried exactly that on mine, and it worked every time after going through a dialogue box which asked if I wanted to Always Save, Save This Time or Cancel... Whether I chose save or cancel, the next selected image would come up, I would hit the Suggest Settings button, and again have to go through the Save routing before a further image would open.

Re: C++ Crashes X4 in Adjust Dialog
Can you tell us if this happens on all the photos that you are adjusting or applying the SUGGEST SETTINGS? The error message pertains to damages file or damaged software. Just incase the problem is with damage software, I suggest that you perform clean reinstallation. You can do that by following the steps here http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X4
