Missing audio track 2

I am using MF4 to convert a music DVD to VCD format but the audio track was default to the music track 1 and the singer audio track is at track 2. In the importing screen, it clearly shows that there are 2 audio tracks with words like 'Dolby Digital 1 channel'. But it won't make any difference if you click on those tracks option in the audio panel. Can MF4 do the job?
