H.264 STILLS

HI ALL
I have searched, but have not found anything here on how to get a good STILL or SNAPSHOT , from H.264.
Appears to be much worst than other formats, like DV.
Anything anybody can point me to, would be appreciated.
Really like X4 and H.264, but miss being able to get good frame grabs.

Hi

You don’t give any details of the video files properties.
Right click a clip in the timeline and select properties what are they?

Take a Snapshot in "project playback" mode or "clip mode" will produce different frame sizes.
In project playback the project settings will be used, the image will be as seen in the preview window.

In clip playback the image will use the original video frame size.
