Sony A77/NEX7 RAW (ARW)

Post by Ollder »

Hi
...quite a job to supply amount of (irrelevant?) information just to get able to make one simple question ... :?
But now: ANY idea if support for Sony's new "7-series" RAW files coming some day?

Ok, like I suspected, no idea at all here.
The next I wonder is how to find money for Photoshop - but this is really a rhetorical question. Purely my own problem.

You can't honestly expect a user board to know when Corel plans on supporting a different set of cameras. We don't even know when they plan to release the much anticipated service pack. And the service pack also tends to be when they update the camera RAW support list.

And RAW is still always suggested you convert in the RAW converter that comes with your camera and do your photo adjustments in PSP. So I think the better question is, is Photoshop really worth the price you have to scrounge for when your camera maker and PSP can be forced to work together at a much cheaper cost?
