I have been using different versions of Ulead for over 20 years! In the past I was able to save an image in jpeg format on my desktop after saving the clip as an image in the library. Now when I save it to the desktop it only saves it as a "uvs file" which is not recognised by photo editing software
As an 81 year oldie who is trying to complete a video history for my grandkids I hope someone can assist http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/posting.ph ... 596655a531#

Hi
I don’t have VS 11 so this is info using VS10
There are three options in saving an image, both will save to the working folder.
1 / In Project Playback mode go to Tools-Save Current Frame as still Image
This will save the image as you see on screen
2 / In Clip Playback mode, go to Clip—Save as Still Image
This will save the image using the video files frame size only.
3 / There is also an option to the right of preview screen, Save as Still Image
In each case a thumbnail will show in the library

Hi Patrick
Forgot to mention, you are probably best using "option 1" saving in Project Playback mode
