This will be possible if you audio track is stereo and the voice is exactly in the center (panned center). Please also note that anything, in your music backgroup, that is also panned center will be removed.

Look on the Net and make a search for vocal eliminator. There are several vocal eliminators on the net starting at $100+.
(This can also be achieve with a high level audio editing software like Wavelab)

Again, it is necessary to start with a stereo recording. The vocal must be in the center (it is usually the case), and by extreme eq and phase shifting/reversal, the voice is eliminated.

Please note that this is the theory, it does work but not always.
Good luck!

An excellent software for removing all kinds of backgound noice is Soundsoap2.

It is very simple to operate. I have used it very succesfully to get rid of stuff like traffic noice on the background etc. What makes it so easy is that you can first "teach" the software how noice sounds like, and then have it remove it leaving rest of the soundtrack intact. You don't need to know anyhting about sound ingeneering to use it!

I have never used it to remove background music, but I don't see why it would not work on that just as well as on traffic sound.

You can remove the vocals providing they are in the centre (as mentioned above) by using the FREE sound editor Audacity.
