WinDVD2010 Pro BD Playback Sound Issues

Post by rvw869 »

Hey all. I have been using WinDVD2010 Pro for a while now to play bluray movies on my computer. It pretty much has worked flawlessly until recently. My Nvidia GTS9800 video card started acting up so I had to replace it. I replaced it with a GTS250 which is a comparable, just newer, card. The only other change I made is to update the bios on the dell motherboard.

Since I made the changes I can still play normal DVD's on the computer, however 99% of the bluray movies I have tried have no problems with the video, but the sound does not play back correctly....it stutters and cuts in and out. (again, the sound card is, and has been the same the entire time)

I have tried all audio setting combinations I could, but nothing fixed the problem.

Has anyone else run into this, and does anyone have a fix?

Thanks.
