removing netting

Hi All

New to PSP X3 -took a number of pixs of the kids on the trampoline which has an enclosed netting and of course i was outside - the neeting is bery fine - is there a way to edit it out

Slowly and carefully....not much else I can say there.

You can use the clone brush, very small clone brush, to select areas without netting and draw over the netting...or you can use a paint-brush with the necessary color and hope the changes aren't too noticeable (which they probably will be).

The biggest problem is that with a fine-netting you still get more of the net overlaying over the subjects so it's very difficult to just get rid of it. I suggest you just leave it and enjoy.

Have you tried the Scratch Remover tool?
Zoom into the image and spend a few days removing netting!
Best way to avoid netting is to get very close to it then it will be out of focus when you take the photograph.

are there any fourier transform based filters for PSP? mathematically it would be a perfect solution. might not look good though.
