Problem with PSP 4 print layout

I just installed PSP 4. I use print layout templates in my photo business. I have 115 layout templates that I backed up from PSP 3. When I copied the print layout templates into PSP4 the Print Layout templates interface crashed including the Averys. I discussed this with a support rep. and he did not know how to fix it but will get back to me. I would be happy to get any advise to help me make it work befor I have to return PSP 4.

I have just installed X4, and I have not yet had a chance to print anything with it. However, I have had a similar problem with X2 and X3. Maybe this thread, http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 62&start=0, may be of some help.

How did you copy the 115 layout templates from PSP X3 to PSP X4?

Can you try this click FILE > PREFERENCES > FILE LOCATIONS...

Then on the box on left side, locate and click PRINT TEMPLATES then click on the ADD button then locate the folder where the 115 layout templates are located. If the PSP X3 is still installed on the computer it should be located on "C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel PaintShop Photo Pro\X3\PSPClassic\Languages\EN\Print Templates" then click on OK.

Just tell us if the same thing happens.
