what is fork for dvd workshop?

hello

i love this dvd workshop2 but it's stop (discontinue) but there is other software similar dvd workshop 2?
but i did try dvd movie factory 7 it's not same 100% dvd workshop!!!
also i did try corel videostudio x4 pro is not same 100% dvd workshop!!!!
i need true DVD workshop new version!!!! because dvd workshop is custom 100% change all object and delete,add "goto" button, etc etc etc
corel videostudio cant add "goto"..this is not good

i try other software .. i'm look for...similar dvd workshop 10000% custom freedom

but i think little possible:
photoimpact is dead, can convert to open source...? one of you can ask to corel to please to convert to open source for photoimpact...
also dvd workshop 2,mediastudio pro 8..see example of LIGHTWORKS is FAMOUS SOFTWARE HOLLYWOOD THEN HAS DECIDE TO CONVERT TO OPEN SOURCE..
i think this photoimpact and dvd workshop and mediastudio pro8 please!!


then i found similar for dvd workshop : AVS DVD AUTHORING!! it's VERY GOOD and very CLEAR!!!
you can test it and reply here for your opinion for AVS DVD authornig ok?

Ok, what I basically said in my previous post was..

It was already tried several years ago when Corel made the decision to stop producing DVD WS2. There was a huge outcry to Corel to not dump the program. The open-source argument was presented to them, everything you could think of. Corel is simply not interested in anything except not allowing the program to continue. When Corel purchased Intervideo Digtial (that had already bought Ulead), they decided to dump, MediaStudio Pro, DVD WS2, GIF 5, PhotoImpact, Cool 3D Production Studio, PhotoExplorer, DVD MovieFactory, any Ulead brands except VideoStudio.

DVD MovieFactory being brought back out and sold to more than the original few countries was only due to their debacle with DVD Factory 2010. Now what's really shocking is that they just now released a re-vamp of Cool 3D Production Studio, MotionStudio 3D. Perhaps one day down the line they might bring DVD WS2 back, however I really don't see that happening. The programs are very expensive, tailored to a smaller market then the low-end products.

ok I understand .. patience for decision by Corel.
But it can and PhotoImpact DVD Workshop, it can continue with the open source community? it is like openoffice oracle and community decided to do alone with communities, is the same coast for PhotoImpact, you can?

but corel not works photoimpact for open source like lightwork, but possible like libreoffice, example:
photoimpact is proprietary corel and change name openimpact for open source? there are problem for corel?
