Service Pack Confusion

I'm a new Corel PhotoShop Pro X3 Ultimate user. Today I received an automatic online update without an option to save it - it just installed itself. After the update "About" states I have version: 13.2.1.32 (not sure of the version number I had before the update). Does anyone know if this was a Service Pack update (SP5?) or something else? Should I have also seen the other version numbers in "About" to indicate that I have the older service packs installed? Can someone confirm if you needed to install all the service packs sequentially? Why does Corel make this so difficult and confusing? - Yes, this is a rhetorical question.

Bob H.

The Service Packs aren't cumulative, except maybe SP2. I read somewhere on this forum that you don't need to install SP1 before SP2, and that Ultimate may come with SP2 preinstalled.

As a general rule: SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 should be installed in that order (unless someone from Corel can verify differently).

You need to check your version, when you start the program, to see which Service Pack you are at, and which ones you need:
SP1- 13.0.0.253
SP2 - 13.2.0.35
SP3 - 13.2.1.15
SP4 - 13.2.1.20
SP5 - 13.2.1.32
