Can anyone advise if VS Pro X4 (NOT the ultimate version)
is compatible / supportable with
AVCHD video compression MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 and Dolby Digital 2 channel audio compression?

Thanks

Yes it is. And for the record, X4 is exactly the same program as the Ultimate version. The only difference is that the latter has two extra filters -- the Mercalli image stabiliser and BorisFX for titles.

What do you mean compatible or are you referring is VS X4 supports AVCHD Video (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 and Dolby Digital 2 channel audio compression) files?

As far as I know, VS X4 supports that file. You can visit http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X4 for the supported file format both the input and output. You can download the trial at www.corel.com/trials to test how the program performs.
