I am aware of some programs not supporting Tiff saved with transparency, but that’s about all I know.

Guess Brucet is in a bit of a pickle, till a fix is done.
I suppose batch convert is on the cards.

I know that there should be some issues of this nature addressed in the Service Pack we were promised - but I can't speak for the guys at Corel. I have probs with some RAW and some TIFFs in the HDR and PhotoMerge - just cannot read them. It's something to do with the way in which the file is read. Some RAW files from some cameras (Canon is one brand) lead to problems with colour temperature and de-mosaicing. Some pspimage (layer) files also present issues with not being read properly - and there's no backward compatibility from X4 to X3 - so if you can't read it you're stuck (X3 would go back into X2). I've resorted to saving in PSD format as a back up and at least I can read it in PSE and for some reason back into PSPX4 !!!!!
