Welcome to the forums...

Unfortunately, we simply do not have enough information to be able to make even a reasonable guess at a solution. You never filled in your computer details when you registered, and we always ask what your set-up is, so correcting that lack of information would be a good start. What is more, you claim that your system drive is B:\ which these days is impossible unless you are using a positively ancient computer. It used to be associated with the long-disappeared 5.25 inch floppy drive which I imagine some of our younger users will never have seen. Normally we would have banned you from the site simply for this claim, but somehow you have slipped through, so we will give you the benefit of the doubt for now.

But we also have no idea what the properties of your mpeg-2 is, and what kind of camcorder or other device was used to film it. Nor do we know what the properties of the wmv you want to produce are. Without this sort of informaton, we are simply playing guessing games.

Please have a look at this sticky post at the top of this forum -- it is called, indicatively, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?p=41454#p41454 Then get back to us with the information requested and hopefully someone will be able to help.
