Yes, I know MF7 is not "suppposed" to be compatible with Windows 8, but I tried it anyhow,
in the Windows compatibility mode, without luck. VSPro X5, on the other hand, is definitely stated by Corel as being able to work with Windows 8.
It came as a shock to me that it doesn't; maybe I'm shocked too easily. I have already contacted Corel and will post back later.
It seems no one here likes the latest Windows OS...Corel too, seems one or two OSs behind the curve.

Re: DVD Movie Factory 7 pro and Blu-Ray ISO creation?
I am here becuase I am trying to burn Blueray discs. I did so using MF 7 in Windows 7; now
I want to do the same using my new sophisticated Windows 8 machine. MF7 and Windows 8 will
not work together. I was advised by Ken that the burning module in VSPro X5 is identical to MF 7.
So I gave it a try and found, despite Corel's claims, that VSPro X5 is likewise INCOMPATIBLE
with Windows 8.

What it has to do with MF7 is: I am trying to a create BD discs in Windows 8.
We have discovered that MF7 is incompatible with Windows 8.
I was advised by Ken that the burning module in VSPro X5 is identical to MF7,
plus VSPro X5 is touted as being compatible with Windows 8.
I gave it a try and found that like MF7, VSPro X5 is also incompatible.
Which leaves me nowhere as far a being able to burn discs with the latest
Windows OS...
