Question about error message during burning........

Hi all!! I just bought DVD Movie Factory 4.0 and i got everything ready up to the point of burning the DVD movie i created but once i push the burn button and it goes through the process of converting the menus..etc., I then i get a message 1/2 way though the process saying that the "Disc drive is in use by another program". I just don't understand. There is nothing else running but the DVD Factory software. All that is in the dvd burner drive is a blank DVD-R disc to burn to. Any suggestion why this is happening?

Hi there

A few users have reported this problem, and a solution is in the works as part of the first patch, due out within a month. In the interim, if anyone is experiencing this, please email me at tobieopenshaw@ulead.com.tw, I can send you a small .dll file that will fix it.

Hey Tobie, thanks for NOT replying to my email I sent you right after you replied to this thread saying that you'd send a .dll file to anyone that had this problem. I had sent you a personal email stating that i'd like the file sent to me but you never sent it. You could have atleast responded to my request. It's been about a week now. With ALL the problems that this program has, you'd think support would act quicker to customers' needs. I have yet to be able to use the program at all!!! Unreal!!

hey I got this from Ulead Tech support mail... try this cause it worked for me...



1. Download "uDVDBurnMgr.zip" from either of the links below.

http://ftp.ulead.com/Silent/dmf4/uDVDBurnMgr.zip
http://ftp.ulead.com.tw/Silent/dmf4/uDVDBurnMgr.zip

2.Unzip "uDVDBurnMgr.zip" to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD" and replace the existing file.
