PRO x4 and extended upload to YouTube
My YouTube-account is upgradet for files ut to 20gb, and naturally longer than 15min. But my Corel VideoStudio PRO x4 does not want me to automaticly upload longer files than 15 minutes. Is there a fix for this?

Hi
As far as I know there is no fix at the moment for the You Tube limitations.
I do not think the ultimate version has addressed this issue.
You have to complete the project by Share Create Video File, rendering to your chosen format.
Log-in to your You-Tube account to upload the file.

Re: PRO x4 and extended upload to YouTube
Do you know what format and compression you get when you click "Upload to youtube" ? I need to choose one of the options in "create file" then. But in the "upload to youtube" i will get 490mb big file if it is 15 minutes. What will give me the same specs in other options?trevor andrew wrote:Hi

Hi
Share – Upload to Web – YouTube 16:9 or 4:3
The "create video file window" shows the video properties in the lower panel as :-
MPEG-4 Files
24 bits, 1280 x 720, 25 fps
Frame-based
H.264 Main Profile Video: 5000 Kbps
44100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 128 Kbps
Give it a name and select Save
The video file is saved to the location you select at the top of the window.
Once created Cancel the upload.
Now using the internet Login to your Youtube Account an upload the created file.
----------------------------
If you wish use Settings – Make Movie Templates Manager to create a template to the settings above.
Reducing the bit rate will reduce your file size, if that’s what you require, it will affect the quality whether this is noticeable or not is in the eye of the beholder.

Re: PRO x4 and extended upload to YouTube
This is my 1st post & the reason I sign up for the forum is this topic.
I think it's simple enough for the developer to remove this restriction or just make it selectable / optional
Yes, I know, I can export as a video file...but then...what this command for if it's not complete...no use
Better remove it
On the other side, of course I still regard VS Pro X4 as best video software for my need
Thanks.
