Visual Studio Reinstall problem

Hi,
I have been using VS 10.0+ for quite some time. Now, I need to reinstall it on another unit and have the upgrade serial #, but not the serial # from the version I upgraded from. Since the install requires this info, I am kind of dead in the water until I can find out how to get that number. I checked as best I could online, but found no where that stores the customer account information.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Hi Jake

Did you register your Ulead products?

If so then you should be able to retrieve your serial numbers from your Corel account.

Login to your account then choose :-

Thanks for the info. I checked the site yesterday and could not find the place to sign in, which is why I posted. However, today I went there and saw it first thing!

Good news always welcome, now make a copy of the serial numbers.
then make a copy of the program files as a backup, to hard drive and disc.
