I extracted .MSI file from Update 1 .EXE file with http://www.filehippo.com/download_universal_extractor/ and compared it - only EN lang - content with help installed with Corel PaintShop Pro X4 v14.0.0.332 and it is exactly the same. So it is not necesary at all. Perhaps other langs...
