Paint Shop X4 install question.
Do I have to uninstall X3 before installing X4 ultimate?

No. They each install and operate independently of each other.

Yes. Other than a few formats that were removed from the list and workspaces everything that you had previously will work in X4. Wouldn't do any good for them to break compatibility with all previous versions.
