It would be VERY NICE if the Smart Photo Fix box was resizable, or barring that, if the box did not take up over 1/4 of my monitor!
This box obscures far too much of the image I am trying to correct! And it does not need to be this large based on its content!
Want to resize very large Smart Photo Fix box!

The Smart Photo Fix dialog is resizable; just drag its lower-right corner. However, even at its minimum size, it can still take up some screen real estate.

A few suggestions:
- Since you mentioned obscuring the image you are trying to correct, I presume you have the Preview on Image box checked. If so, then you may not need the Before and After preview panel. Click the down-arrow next to Preview to turn it off. This will give you back a little more of your screen. (Clicking the now right-arrow next to Preview will turn it back on.)
- Changing your display resolution may help. Using a higher resolution will result in a smaller dialog box. However, everything else will be smaller also. For the image, you can zoom in to compensate. Make sure you choose a resolution your monitor can support.
- You can temporarily move most of the dialog box off-screen. Grab the dialog box's title bar and drag the dialog box anywhere it is convenient. You can probably get about 90% of it out-of-view. Drag it back when you are done.
