Greetings-
Is it possible, and how, to combine many or all of the elements (clips, photos, transitions, audio, etc) of 2 or more projects into one, larger project? Thanks!
combining projects?

Re: combining projects?
So long as you are finished with the editing in the other projects, you can insert those projects into your Main Project, using Insert Video. VS then treats the Project Files (VSP) as a single video clip. Just be aware, any such "nested" clips, do not allow editing of the components in them. You would need to close the Main Project, and re-open the individual project files to do any further editing to them.

Re: combining projects?
Dang. I WOULD want to edit the components of each project. So, my only option is to create a new project, and basically re-create all the work I did in the 2 separate projects? Ugh.

Re: combining projects?
Not necessarily. I thought you wasn't wanting to do away with the smaller projects. Anyway open one of your smaller projects. Create another Album/Library. Now select everything in your timeline, and drag it to the Album/Library. Repeat this for the other project. Now open your main project, and you will have everything from the other projects in the Albums. You just need to drag them back to the timeline.
Still a little work, not what I think your after, but it may get you closer.
