Hi all, I'm writing from Italy (sorry for my bad english), and I would like to explain my problem:
Yesterday I purchased a copy of PSPX3 on Corel website, and I choosed to download it; I've immediatly installed it on my computer but when I push the button to activate the product, appears an error, and I can't understand which is the main problem (windows, software, hardware :-S).
I'm writing here beacause I tried to phone to Italian User Support but no one answered me...
I upload a screenshot about the error too.

Welcome (bienvenuto) but I don't see any error message... What happens when you enter the activation code? (I assume you have an activation code...) If you receive that OK screen, what happens when you click on OK???

That is the problem Ken, when trying to activate the program he's getting that blank square pop up with the OK button. The problem is with your Windows User profile. What you need to do is to reinstall the program using a newly created windows user account (admin rights). You can create a new user account from the Control panel and double click on the USER ACCOUNTS icon.

That screen looks to me like a 30 trial screen since it says he's got 30 days left (giorni rimasti) and he's got to activate (attiva)
so he needs the activation code with the purchase(?)
