Your first photo shows a blank X3 installation screen. The second link does not work. so you will to fix that or explain what is in it.

But when do you get that screen? At the very beginning of the installation? Or later?

It seems a little strange that you are trying both X3 and X4 at the same time. Have you had one of them installed anywhere before? Are they downloads or on disc?

If you are getting a blank installation screen, you can try creating a new (admin) user account in windows 7 from the control panel then login to that new user name and install the VS X3 or VS X4 while logged in.
