The Create Video File is functional in trial versions. You need to have a project with clips in the timeline, not the Library. If it will help, I'll put together a quick video tutorial showing this. OR open the Corel Guide, the orange round button in the upper-right corner. It should open up showing a bunch of video tutorials. On the left side, scroll down, and you should find one for Stop Motion.
