need help. Desktop crashed, re-entered X2 but cannot find password. Circle jerk trying the telephone.

Any one have definitive way to recapture password?

Do you mean the serial number? If so, then when you installed X2, did you register the product on the Corel.com website? If so, you can go to the website, enter your account username (your email address) and password, and you will find the serial number of all your registered Corel products under "Your Registered Products".

I didn't think there was any password involved in installing a program. Or did you mean an authorisation/activation code?
