I am using a Asus Blu Ray drive (BW-12B1ST) in my PC and have installed WinDVD 2010 Pro. I previously had WinDVD 2010 but I upgraded to the Pro version to get Blu Ray functionality. Whenever I try to play a blu ray disc I always get the message "Media Not Supported". At first I thought it was the drivers for the optical drive but after speaking to the manufacturer I found out I'm on the latest drivers.
At the suggestion of their support personnel I installed a different dvd/blu ray software (CyberLink PowerDVD 10) and found that the blu rays play perfectly.
Is it possible that something has gone wrong in the upgrade process?
Can you help me?
Best regards

Re: WinDVD 2010 Pro Blu Ray "Media Not Supported"
Got the software working. When I upgraded to WinDVD 2010 Pro it obviously didn't activate properly. I uninstalled the software, deleted all remaining registery items for WinDVD and then reinstalled & reactivated. This seems to have solved the problem of playing blu ray discs.
