In PhotoImpact 10 - how it is that as we work at it within the section the pop-items in the preset shape and other sub-menus with the small triangles tend to disappear faster and faster (even before we can bring the cursor to select the items before it disappears again)?.
Is there anything I need to do to my Windows settings or it has to be done within the PhotoImpact 10.

If you are talking about why the Sub-menus do not stay in place when you try to select an arrow in an Icon on the Tool Bar, it could be because of the following:
When you click, with the mouse, on an Icon on the Tool Bar, i.e. the Selection tool Icon, you will notice a small arrow in the lower right hand area of the Icon which can be clicked on to bring up more selections. When clicking on the arrow you must hold your mouse steadily on the arrow to bring up the Sub-Menu. The slightest movement or deviation of the mouse off the arrow and the sub-menu will disappear quicker than it appeared. The speed with which the menus appear and disappear can not be changed.
To make the Tool Panel icons (Buttons) appear larger, do the following;
On the Command Menu select the name Workspace, on the Workspace Menu Dialog List, select Options, in the Menu Dialog List, check the box Large Buttons, and select Close. The Tool Panel and Buttons will now be enlarged for better selection control with the mouse.
