Background remove and image merge
When I remove background and attempt to copy image that left to another picture the imaged that is copied ends up being 4 times bigger then it was and overlaps new picture.

Welcome to the forum, 
I ran into this several times over the last week. It's no bug, just the image your copying must be larger than the one your copying it into. Are you pasting it as a new layer? If so just resize it down.
Check to see if the image your pasting into is the same resolution as the one you're copying from.

When you copy your image paste it as a new layer onto your other image. Then grab the Pick tool (looks like an arrow, either right next too or just bellow the hand tool), Set your Mode to Scale on the Tools Palette (press F4 if the Tools Palette isn't visible) to keep the image from distorting. Click and drag a corner node to change the size as needed. You may need to zoom out to see the corner nodes (- key).
