VS9 upgrade templates missing?

Hello, I just upgraded my VS7 to VS9 recently and I just found out that there's a lot of templates and samples missing. I did use the smart download but still the same. anyone can give me some idea where to get this templates and samples? Thank you so much!

The smartdownload does not automatically install the updates. Make sure that after the files are downloaded, they are installed. You might also want to make sure that you disabled all programs in the system tray as they do affect the install of updates like these. You can also redownload the updates at this FTP address - FTP://VS9:content@cs.ulead.com and then reinstall the updates.
